I disagree with their policy to allow certain people called VIPs to esentially cut the line. I had to sit waiting for over an hour despite the fact that he was treating me for backpain made worse by sitting for long periods of time. I will not return. Notice that their response did not address my complaint above whatsoever. Since my original review I’ve noted that Dr. Goldsmith has been in the news for some crazy stuff. Please check it out and continue to avoid this place at all costs.
When I needed help keeping diabetes under control he was the only one who could get it done. He took tests, kept me on the medicine I needed and watched to make sure everything was tolerated. He's my doctor. I feel totally comfortable with him, there's never been a moment that I doubted a prognosis or a way to deal with it. I think what's happening now is just pure evil.
Dr. Goldsmith Is awesome I'm glad I found Dr Goldsmith someone who really cares about his patients His assistants in back office are AWESOME V you rock girl Receptionist Connie is such a sweet heart she helps you in anyway she can. They ALL deserve 5 For all their hard work.
If I could give this a negative score I would. I am sure the Doctors are really great but the receptionist on the phone is incredibly rude. I was going to be a new patient there and decided to cancel my appointment before even ending the call due to the lack of compassion and just plain customer service skills she had. I will make sure to not refer this place for anyone that is looking for a primary care doctor who is new to Las Vegas.
