This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. The staff were extremely rude. The doctor placed a crown on my tooth after a root canal, but it is far too large, bulky. In addition, the infection in my gum was not fully treated before the crown was placed, and I am still experiencing pain. During the procedure, a chemical solution burned the inside of my cheek. I moved to the area recently and needed to see a dentist ASAP because I accidentally broke one of my back teeth. The receptionist at the office was incredibly helpful with finding me a same day appointment, and by working with my insurance to make sure my visit and treatment was covered. Dr. Chaplik was very kind and attentive. He fixed my broken tooth and some additional cavities very quickly (I was able to go to my appointments on my lunch break). Worst experience ever! Make sure to check Yelp reviews before going here. The place is absolutely filthy, with spit left on the cabinets. The doctor and the front desk staff are rude. They charge whatever they want depending on your insurance, trying to get the maximum payout possible. The cleaning and the entire experience were awful. The doctor is completely incompetent. He intentionally damaged an existing filling (which I had no complaints about) just to replace it with a new one. He was extremely rough, digging into my ... read more
I received my annual dental cleaning and the rude doctor basically just brushed my teeth for 5 minutes. I would give less than one star if I could. Maybe they are nice to wealthy people and were only disrespectful to me because of my Cigna insurance
