I've been using internist Dr. Iuliana Selaru of Clarii Health in Columbia, MD for the past 5 years -- it's now early 2026 -- and she is, in a word, awesome. Recently had a couple of appointments with her and, as always, she provided thorough explanations of test results and next steps without rushing, with compassion, and by respectfully answering all questions and addressing all concerns. I had a small issue with Dr. Selaru's office. She was not in office at the time. But she called back once she was back, and got the issue resolved quickly. Dr. Selaru and Dr. Khurram are great doctors as well and work with our medical history to get us the best treatment possible. They also call back to check how the medication is working and how we feel. It is also fairly easy to get an appointment with one of the doctors in the practice. Highly recommend them!
Dr Selaru is amazing- thorough, kind, listens, cares. She knows her stuff and is always proactive. She's the best & even if she gets a little behind it's worth it!!!! Staff is amazing too- sometimes they get a little confused but they always fix it and are so nice and happy
Dr. Selaru is the best internist I've been to. She is caring, and professional, and really listens to you. I recommended her to my daughter, and she loves her too.
