Skilled surgeon, great bedside manner
While Dr. Berger is very skilled, and handled my procedure very well, it is the unprofessionalism of his entire office staff that sullies his name. When I made my initial appointment in December, I was NEVER told that I first had to have a consultation, and went in expecting my procedure to be completed in January. They then tried to tell me they couldn't fit me in for the actual procedure until March or April - but somehow squeezed me in for mid-February, and gave me the option of being sedated, which I accepted.
