La atención al cliente es la peor! Por que no contratan verdaderas profesionales! Cuando uno Reclama le cortan el Teléfono y si vuelves a llamar te dejan en espera por horas! Es una lastima que la doctora Smith sea buena y tenga esa clase de "enfermeras"
Si quieren esperar 4 horas para que los atienden vayan a ese lugar, mi mamá estuvo en la 53-14 por una endoscopia y esa espera fue larguisima. Muy mal servicio, para que dan tantas citas haciendo esperar tanto tiempo a la gente.😡
I believe they are not paying enough attention to the staff working in this place. I called to make an appointment with Dr. Aviles, and their response was that they would call me back to schedule my appointment (I’m still waiting for that call). It seems from the other comments that it's not a good idea to come here. At least I read them in time and won't waste my time coming here.
