Honestly I was doubting leaving a review because Dr. Aviles advocated a lot for my sisters health and treatment. The staff however is extremely disorganized, rude, and you literally walk around and feel like they do not care about patients at all. My dad had a procedure that was canceled because of the snow storm . They said we would get called back to reschedule, I was the one that had to follow up more than a week later to reschedule it and none of the other patients were reached out to by then. El peor servicio, 3 horas esperando para que lean unos exámenes, no vengan a esta oficina es pésima la atención desde las chicas de en frente en adelante.
Horrible service. Horrible doctors. You cant even get in touch with anyone.
No alcancé a conocer al Dr. Aviles del que me habían dado buenas referencias, llegué a mi cita y la mujer del front desk estaba hablando con otra y ninguna de las 2 se dignaron a hacerme el check in, cuando una de ellas me miró, me dijo que eraen otra ventana y esa mujer super ruda con mala actitud diciendo que yo llegué tarde, cuando llevaba 10 min. Esperando...así que cancelé esa cita y no pienso volver, lo siento por el doctor .pero au staff no lo ayuda con los pacientes.
La persona que contesta en español, es absolutamente grosera e irrespetuosa. Escribo esta reseña para comentar la mala educación y negligencia de la señorita que estaba al teléfono brindando información hoy 22 de agosto de 2025, hacia el medio día. Su solución ante mis inquietudes? Colgar la llamada porque se indignó! Sencillamente, llamé y no volvió a responder. Eso dice mucho del servicio con el Dr. Aviles! Hay mejores sitios para ser atendido. No es gratuita una consulta! Más respeto por favor con sus pacientes!
