All of the medical exam rooms had conversations that were fully audible in the waiting room - there was no privacy around medical conversations at all. The doctor had booked several patients around my time. I waited FOURTY FIVE MINUTES for a consultation that took five minutes. Completely disrespectful of my time.
Dr. Ilardo and the convenient location deserve 5 stars. I took off 3 stars because they don’t accept credit cards for payment but ironically ask for credit card information in case you have an outstanding bill. This is 2018, even parking can be paid with credit cards. I guess doctors are like airlines in that they overbook appointments. They assume a percentage of patients will not show up. The appointment with Dr Ilarda was very pleasant and helpful. She was knowledgeable and able to treat an issue that I had for years, that a previous dr may have overlooked. The office is cozy and it's worth the visit. You could bring some reading material if you have to wait but there was also a good movie that was playing in the waiting room.
