I had a positive experience. The staff was professional and kind. The doctor's relaxed and approachable demeanor created a comfortable atmosphere, allowing me to feel at ease asking questions, which I greatly value in a physician.
I has made an appointment the week before and asked if Dr. Ilarda was talking new clients. The receptionist told me she was and we set an appointment for the following week. I got three confirmation calls about my appointment time. However when I got there, I had to wait over 2 hours. It was clear that Dr. Ilarda was overbooking herself, and the waiting room was completely full. More than one person left due to the wait.
