Dr. Alvarez has been my family physician for many years. (Too many to count) She is caring, astute about my health and always there if I need her. She will recommend me to specialists if she deems it necessary and is on top of results, sharing them with me in a timely manner. I admire her greatly as she has a difficult job in these days of spending cuts in health care.
Such a caring doctor. She thoroughly checked me and took the time to understand my symptoms. Very empethatic and approachable doctor.
My my video appointment was booked for 1030am. However due to technical difficulties appointment was changed to phone appointment. I really felt rushed off the phone. Appointment was completed at 1036am ?!?!? Wow.
