Very professional staff and exceptional patient care. Thoroughly explains treatments and "the why" for any changes. I highly recommend this practice for endocrinology needs.
The wait time is ridiculous my first appointment was in Morris, my appointment was at 2 o clock I didn't get out of the doctors office until 530 I waited a little bit over 2 hours just to be brought to a room to wait another hour just to see the doctor for 5 minutes. My follow up appointment was in Ottawa I've waited over 2 hours just to see a nurse she came in the room for about 5 minutes they really need to schedule appointments better this is ridiculous an ignorant that they would make there patients wait this long. HORRIBLE DO NOT GO!If I could put no stars I would. This place is horrible! I had several appointments here because I broke my ankle and I was here for about 4 hours. I got there before my appointment times and it took atleast an hour for someone to call my name. If I was anyone I would go somewhere else! The service was also horrible they said they scheduled to many people at the same time well that is ridiculous! They need new people working here.
Recently my son was in a car accident and was transported to the ER. When I arrived there were several doctors around his bed. My heart sank and when made eye contact with the one of the doctors he immediately asked me if I was his father. When I nodded yes he calmly assured me that he was going to be fine. He busted his right arm and wrist as well as his right leg. My first thought were he'd never play sports again. When he my saw me his were tearful and he told me he was sorry he wrecked the car. Dr K is not only an great surgeon he is a very kind and caring man. He did an emergency Surgery on my son at Morris hospital in October. I know he has saved 100 of people's lives but when he save my sons it put my in awe of his talent and forever thankful to him. Dr K took every precaution to avoid any complications and did a wonderful job getting my son back to school, back to work and back to living a normal and healthy life. Personal story: Unless you experience delusions and eat 10,000 calories when been on meds, you are not mentally ill. Half this country is on social security for severe mental illness, while only a few people are severy ill. All doctors, unless you are rich and can afford top care, will put you on all kind of medications that will cause you gain weight, diabetes, high blood pressure, rectile desfunction, gerd, stomach ulcers, etc. These doctors are ruthless, when in fact, that these medications do improve slightly your health... read more
