If I could give him ZERO stars I would. Dr. Kelly walked into the exam room and I greeted him and he barely said hello. He told me to get on the exam table. He did a bladder exam on me using a cystoscope and nonchalantly said that I have bladder cancer. I started to cry and he didn't even look at me. He said I have to schedule surgery for a biopsy and he heard me crying and said "I know it is not the diagnosis that you want to hear" and walked out of the room. I was a patient of Dr. Kelly’s in Upland, Ca. I the beginning he was very interested in answering questions, as I told him I would be traveling with my wife as she and I are retired, and my wife has memory issues. He assured me it wouldn’t be a problem. So for a few years we were doing surveillance of my Prostate cancer. I would get a PSA, then set up an office visit by phone. Dr Kelly was amazing in treating me for prostatitis. He explained everything very thoroughly from the very first visit and took the time to go over every detail. He has successfully treated me and I couldn't be more happy! I definitely recommend Dr Kelly to anyone!!
