Their staff is friendly but I have waited up to 2 hours in their office to be seen and have never waited less than an hour. They go for quantity, not quality. Dr. Schwartz repeats his questions a lot, probably because he is so distracted because he sees so many patients every day. Dr. Schwartz is fine for your average cold, strep throat, etc. Anything more serious and he is completely out of his depth.
