I just had a crown put on and my teeth cleaned. They were courteous and capable. Janice, the hygienist, was better than the last woman I saw at a fancy office in midtown. Just amazing! The staff is super friendly, they are fast and efficient and if you arrive early and they have time they will try to squeeze you in which I loved! I got in a whole hour before my appointment and I was a new patient. X-Rays, teeth examination and cleaning all done in one visit! Truly satisfied and will be coming back.
Had an appointment for 11am, by 12pm I'm still waiting and they decide to call in 2 other patients that had walked in 20 and 40 minutes after I did so I got tired of waiting and left. Definitely going elsewhere, not a good first experience that's for sure.
Nothing against the doctors. The management, specifically, Nancy from Smile America. To dentists and patients out there—please be careful around this woman.
Always friendly (both dental and support staff), good prices, and took great care of my teeth. Highly recommend this dental office!
