Just seen Dr.Turchin this morning, very pleased with the nurse and the Dr., both very nice, warm and a very positive environment, I would definitely recommend Dr. Turchin. Thank you.
December 18 2024 After reading the reviews I was quite concerned about my appointment with Dr Turchin. However my appointment started with nurse Kelly, very kind, knowledgeable and answered all my questions before I met Dr T. I found Dr Turchin to be the same, she took her time with me and I left feeling much better that she would definitely take care of me. Thank You
I'm not sure why the reviews are so negative. Yes it's tough to get in to an appointment due to a lack of dermatologists in the province but that's the fault of the government. I've had psoriasis since being a teenager and Dr Turchin was able to get me on biologics to help my condition. She was very attentive and kind.
Dr. Turchin is quick to rush you through the appointment. When you talk to her, you can tell that she's not paying attention. Neglected to send off paperwork to my insurance company and now I can't afford to get the steroid cream needed to heal. Assistant keeps neglecting to pass along information to the doctor for WEEKS & rarely answers the phone. So tired of advocating for myself just to be ignored!!!
