The dentist gave my daughter TRIGEMINAL NEURALGIA when doing root canal almost 2 yrs later and my kid suffers excruciating pain. Lost consciousness in the ER twice when she was first diagnosed and every few month has pain in her face where the tooth once was. Pain was prolonged as well when the root canal took her weeks to complete on my kid because the dominican receptionist reconized our numbers and would not answer the phone.horrible runnnn. Dangerous place

Worst experience. I was ignored for an entire hour. Was shown into the room and ignored there more. Left never to return

I’m giving Dr. Pinsky 4 stars because, regardless of other reviews, she was a good dentist to me back in the day. I remember her being kind and warm during my appointments, and I appreciated her care. Unfortunately, things seem to have changed. I've been trying to schedule a new appointment, but no one answers the phone during regular business hours. I called three times today around 2:40 PM (the office closes at 3 PM), and the phone just rang with no response. Dr. Pinsky, I hope this feedback helps—please do better. I'd rea... read more
