For almost two years, I have been seeing Dr. Pankova at her Brooklyn office for Intense Pulse Light treatment (IPL) for my dry eye. I have only the highest compliments for Dr. Pankova and her staff. Dr. Pankova is competent, thorough and caring. A lovely bedside manner and effective treatment. The office is efficient, but friendly. There is always a warm welcome for her patients. Most importantly my eyes have improved significantly since receiving IPL.
?Once again, we visited the medical office of Dr. Irina Pankova. This time in Manhattan. An extremely polite and sweet Alena is greeted at the reception. We did not wait even three minutes, when we were invited to conduct optometric examinations by a very kind and conscientious, qualified nurse Irina. She is a great Doctor. She is seating back to patient because she check tests which was done for patient and asked a questions through the chart. Then she always tern to patients to check eyes and discuss about problems face to face. She always answer all question very clear and professional. I strongly recommended her.
I like Dr. Pankova as an excellent doctor. She is very professional, friendly and courteously. She always answer all our questions clearly and patiently. Her office is in a new building. It's very nice and has modern equipment. I recommended her to my friends and they were thankfull to me for this.
Visited the Doctor in her Manhattan office because there is where she has special equipment to remove floaters. I was very pleased with Doctor's attitude and professionalism. I am not sure what other reviewers are complaining about not answering questions. She answered all of my questions and helped me to remove floaters!!! I am very happy and will go there again to remove floaters from right eye
Do not recommend this doctor. Did not answer my questions. Was speaking sitting back to me.
I was visited doctor Pankova and was disappointed. I had some questions about eyes and would like to show drops that use. After numerous tests she said, I need small surgery to prevent my future disease. She did not answer on my questions, did not show my medicine. She talking about surgery and was sitting back to me. I think it's disrespect talk to patient over back. More of that, doctor said, all my questions we will talk after surgery. I would not recommend this doctor.
