I do not say this lightly -This is the worst dentist I have been to in my whole life. I was asked by the dental assistant if I am Muslim based on my last name and then interrogated about religion while I was sitting in the chair to get X-rays. It was very inappropriate and uncomfortable. She put X-ray vest on me,left for 20 min. Then brought me to the second room and left for an hour. My first and only visit about 6 weeks ago. I had my full mouth X-rayd after which Dr Maksumova sat next to my chair. I thought she was going to explain the X-rays and define the treatment plan. Instead, she went straight to cleaning my teeth without saying a single word. The whole procedure was extremely shabby and took about 5 minutes. Afterwords she said that she is going to take imprints so I can have a night guard made. I was shocked: nobody ever mentioned I needed a night guard. ever. Beautiful office with kind staff. She has a very nice table side manner and made me feel like I was being taken care of. My teeth look great too, would recommend to anyone.
Horrible experience. Dr. Irina Maksumova has no people skills. Staff need to be more professional.
