Was referred to check on some bleeding, maybe have some tests run. She was professional enough but did not look at anything, did not order tests, just asked a few questions. I was told to just wait it out with no real follow up plan. The issue did resolve itself after a month but still felt dismissed and overcharged.
Went to appointment for Dr. Kaplounov couple weeks ago, staff was great. Dr Kaplounov was great and listened to issues. Will recommend
She was very good and took her time explaining the procedure
