Dr Jaeger is fantastic .I had the relatively new HoLep procedure for BPH today. Not many doctors do it and Irina has done over 500. Much better and less invasive than TURP Prior to surgery she answered every question I had. If you are a man with prostate issues I would put Irina on speed dial. Her nurse Samantha is also great. Could not have had a better experience
hated it-came in for 10 seconds after waiting in the exam room for over an hour,and she told me to get an mri-she never apologized for me having to wait so long ,was defensive and cold. No patient doctor connection .no explanation for the mri. never will go back.
She is professional and efficient. Answered all our questions. Surgery went very well. She followed up with several virtual visits so we didn’t have to make the hour drive each time. The surgery took care of the enlarged prostate problem. 100% successful.
Went for general urology visit on recommendation from my PCP and to confirm a concern that PCP had. Dr. Jaeger did not want to listen to why I referred and for what condition, did the "complete exam" in literally no more than 2 minutes. My PCP did a more complete exam. Total waste of time and money.....
I went to Dr. Jaeger for a BPH consultation because of success claims that she made about the urolift procedure (PUL) in two videos. During my visit, she contradicted what she said about the success of the procedure and one of her employees said that she no longer performed it which created additional confusion. In general, this was a bad appointment and I learned very little. She did not even discuss the results of several tests that she ran with me.
Didn’t tell me I had a tumor for over A YEAR. Requested further testing to confirm tumor was not cancer due to family history of cancer, She refused and assumed expert role and down played my concerns.
Don't go to her, PERIOD! Most surgeons want to do surgery, that is why they become surgeons. She is very quick with you, and does not like to be questioned by a patient. My father in law has acute urinary retention, and has had a Foley for over 40 days now. The long & short follows: after two appointments, surgery was scheduled. When she stated that she could not do surgery for almost two months, I almost died! NOT WHAT YOU WOULD EXPECT IN YOUR FIRST VISIT TO A DOCTOR WHEN YOU HAVE SERIOUS CONCERN ABOUT YOUR HEALTH, DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE. VERY COLD, UNCARING AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I WILL NOT GO BACK I WILL NOT RECOMMEND.
I saw Doctor Jaeger for many months. She was nice most of the time. Her nurses and staff at one site were anything but nice. Doctor Jaeger would do bladder scans on me per my request and flow tests and scoped me once. I never actually asked her to help me but the one time I was having a real problem peeing and asked for her help she told me she could offer me nothing and we sort of got in a argument ....
