Very bad
I have been taking my kids to her for years. She is smart and attentive (I have had issues with other doctors because I felt like they weren't really listening) but Dr. Bass always takes the time to listen, think, and explain the best solution. My kids love going to her, I wouldn't recommend anyone else. Above all she is very thoughtful and caring, which is very important when your kid is sick and you're overly stressed.
Billing issues in her office. Went for a routine check up but I dont know what did she do for which I had to pay $72 from my pocket. This includes charges of $47 for ear wax removal.
Dr. Bass has been my children's doctor for 8 years now. We fully trust her judgment. Not once has she failed to diagnose something serious. At the same time, she is always available (literally day and night), and even if it's something minor, she gives the issue her full time and attention. She is the best pediatrician we could ask for!
My son had a complicated issue ,we went to our previous doctor and urgent care Thanks God ,My son was diagnosed correctly by Dr.Bass,who was recommended by many of our friends .We had clear explanations and treatment plan .
Weve been with her for many years now, however she missed a huge chronic issue my daughter had been complaining about for 5 years, describing horrible pain and lack of sleep,chalking it up to simply 'expected pain' and prescribing her more pain killers. When the pain got so unbearable that we went to the ER they quickly diagnosed and have her an easy solution to her problem, one Dr.Bass refused to provide and it worked completely. We were outraged at this and would not recommend her!
The service provided by Dr. Bass was highly disappointing. My daughter explained pains she felt in her abdomen and had her problems completely ignored by this doctor saying "thats the pain of being a woman" and offered no actual treatment or even a simple analysis of what the cause might be. Turns out my daughter had cysts and required medication to prevent them from growing and bursting. Had she taken the time to give a proper checkup, my daughter wouldn't have had to spend nights awake in pain
