I scheduled an appointment for a covid test because I had a prolonged exposure. When I showed up at the office at the appointed time, it was closed. I waited 10 minutes and then starting looking through reviews--all of them complaining about not being able to get results from APG. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.
Wonderful Psychiatrist. He is very responsive, recommends precise solutions to cope with problems. He has done remarkable work to assist us all the way thru our difficult time. He is always there to hold our hands guide us thru systematically and he makes sure our well being. I highly recommend him to work on issues you may be having.

Took a PCR test and rapid test at a pop up location on January 3rd. Was told to expect my PCR results in 3-5 days and never received them. I tried calling after 7 days and when I did finally get ahold of someone after several attempts they said they never received my test and gave me another number to call. When I called that number they blamed it on a backlog and couldn't even give me a time frame for when I could get my results. Got my rapid & pcr done locally and was told I would hear back in 1-3 days. On the fourth day I called and was told it wasn’t done yet, with no estimated time given. I reached out via email with no response, and have not been able to make anymore contact with anyone via the phone. Waste of time.
