Dr. Wu took her time with me. I feel very confident for my surgery. I can not express more that she’s a caring Doctor. A diamond in the rough, for sure!

She is always on time and very thorough. Dr. Wu will spend as much time as necessary if you have any questions or concerns.
The staff and Dr Wu were courteous and friendly. Dr Wu discussed my future procedure and answered all my questions in a way that gave me confidence with moving ahead.

Inconsiderate and uncompassionate is how I would describe Irene Wu. My mom is a cancer patient who had to wait an extra 3 1/2 hours to get a simple procedure done, all while fasting since the previous night. I would never recommend Irene Wu to anyone I know or care about. Horrible experience all around. My mom's procedure was delayed due to a previous surgery running late which means Wu most likely botched something. Dr. Wu spent time with me so that I understood everything that was going on. She let my family and friend come in and talked about all my treatment options . She was very helpful.
