Meticulous, compassionate, humane. Dr. Shih (literally) is willing to "go out of her way" and "go an extra mile" for her patients. I wanted to recognize the fact that she routinely gives my elderly and anxious mother-in-law at least 4 (four) times more than an appointment slot allows. Dr. Shih had taken time away from her own family, on multiple occasions, to do this for an elderly, super-anxious lady without charge.
Dr. Irene Shih has been my primary care doctor for years, and she is EXCELLENT. She is meticulous, friendly, and goes above and beyond to find and explain different medical options for her patients.
