Dr Duarte and more particular Kim Riley nurse practitioner should have their license to practice revoked indefinitely. They filed a report to adult protective services claiming that my mother was being abused. There report was nothing but lies and more lies . The investigation found absolutely nothing and there claims were unsubstantiated and dismissed. I moved out here over 20 yrs ago. I've been with Dr. Duarte for rhe same amount of years. She is considerate, very thorough, caring and takes as much time as the patient needs. I have had good Dr. Back home but no Dr. Will ever compare to Dr. Duarte. In my eyes she is the best. Yes new staff up front have gone and come but they arent the ones treating your care. Dont pass judgement on Dr's because of front staff. You will miss out on a very great opportunity to get treated by the best. Thank You
Can never get in. The staff is terrible! Very rude on the phone. Tried to make appt wanted to get me in two weeks from now for an serous condition.
I love Dr Duarte but her staff is the worst I have ever dealt with. I have been going to her for years and I am considering looking for a new Dr just to avoid dealing with the front office people.
I've been going to this clinic for almost five years and have seen Dr. Duarte twice. Office always tries to pawn you off on the nurse practitioner or makes you wait weeks to see the real doctor. Dr. Duarte may be awesome, but her office staff is not.
Somthing has happened to this office and the operation of it and it is not for the better. My wife and I have been with this doctor since she started and are now looking to replace her due to the poor functions of the office and staff. zero comunication after having blood work done and if you are not a regular contibutor to the money stream you will be considered in non compliance, but the best part is they never ever tell of this situation untill you find out from your pharmacist--un-believable and very un-professional.
She has been my doctor and my husband's doctor for many years. She takes the time to explain everything to you. I have never felt rushed during a visit. Staff is great too.
We have moved from Tucson but Dr. Duarte was our doctor for many years. She is great as a doctor and a person.She uses preventive measures and tests,always take time to talk to the patient and we always trusted her to take good care of us.I wish we could find another doctor just like her!!! Thanks.
