This office is unprofessional moves very slow on the handling of important paperwork for patients whom are in dire need of medical attention beyond their facility’s capabilities. This experience has been a repetitive debacle for said patient whom is elderly and very ill while dealing with excruciating pain that could neutralized with a simple fax. Horrible patient compassion.

Dr. Buckner constantly puts my cousin, who’s in a wheelchair down. She told her that she looks like she weighs 300 pounds and she told her that if something happens to her, no one will be able to help her, as if she will be too big for anyone to do anything and she told her that soon she won’t be able to fit in her wheelchair. Now, I understand that health is important, but she acts as if my cousin can get up and exercise. She can’t, but she is not a bad eater and it’s a way to say everything. I am grateful for being seen as a walkin patient. However, upon meeting Dr. Buckner, I was made to feel like I was not a participant in my care. Dr. Buckner ignored how a medical condition happened to me, but yet I am the patient, and 6 or 7 Doctors have treated me earlier, and all had the same diagnosis, and condition healed until re-aggravated. The worse I mean the worse Dr visit in my life the kids she have working in there are so rude and childish 🙄 I'm trying to pay my co-payment they done swiped my card so many times like I said the worst
