My experience was not the best. Dr. D'Sa did not have good bedside manners. She came in the room and stood far away from me. She was abrupt, unfriendly, and seemed rushed. She made me feel uncomfortable with what I was there for. Also as if I didn't know what I was talking about. She started to tell me that the procedure I needed, I would have to call the insurance myself. I have never had to do this before. I was not told to undress for the procedure.
