Dr Gottlob & staff are amazing! My medical history is extremely layered, with multiple things affecting my eyes. Dr Gottlob looked at each separately as well as together and helped me get the most relief possible & answers! Very kind, polite, knowledgeable and efficient with also checking with my other Cooper specialist, all working together. Cooper has a unique staff that takes patient care above and beyond. Dr Gotlob and her assistant were excellent. They were excellent and very thorough with examining my TED symptoms.
Extremely disappointed and disheartened by Dr. Gottlob! Needed her to see my 88 yr old mother for rapid loss of eye sight. She made me get prior doctor notes with referral from prior ophthalmologist which was done and made 4 calls to follow up and she refuses to even give my mother a consultation. Very cruel in my opinion.
