I was a patient of Dr. Gottlieb over 17 years ago, and I feel compelled to state unequivocally that the bunionectomies I had while a was his patient have stood the test of time. Both feet are still better than I ever imagined, and I owe Dr. Gottlieb a debt of gratitude for that. The staff and the doctor are thorough and precise. Dr. Ira and his staff were super-friendly, taking extra time to explain my surgery and ensure all my questions were answered. It was a delight interacting with them!
He is a kind thorough professional. Office staff are much friendlier than many other Dr. Offices I have experienced in the past.

I was seen at the Pasadena office in Nov 2017 I found the staff not to be knowledgeable,(I had to tell them what my co-pay was they didn’t know)and lack of record keeping.Only snippets of the conversation with the doctors were recorded not giving the full picture. Due to these snippets, I was billed in error. When I brought this matter to the attention of billing and the office no action was taken for months. If you do go to this office RECORD EVERYTHING so that at least you’ll have good records
