The office is clearly undergoing work but the receptionist are attentive and respectful as long as they are met with the same respect ive noticed. I enjoy the paper office aspect as the Dr is much more attentive then other doctors ive seen. He IS focused on my issues and helping me find the solutions i need! I have only been a patient of this office for a few months but i feel comfortable here! and paying my copay through virtual payments or cash makes every visit a breeze!
Plan to have cash or a cash app to pay for co pays. Claim they are a paper office but cannot accept checks. Agree with the paper office as there are multiple boxes everywhere. Not sure how they keep things organized. Not a good long term solution as a practice to visit. Seems to be more concerned on prescribing meds instead of providing solutions.
Dr. Singh first saw me in the hospital and I’ve been seeing him ever since. He’s very knowledgeable and seems to genuinely care about your wellbeing . I would recommend him to anyone .
8-22-22 His office staff said they do not accept BCBS PPO and made us pay with cash. They made appointments with my husband but did not show up or inform us of the cancellation. They do not return phone calls. Have to schedule an appointment in person because cannot contact them by telephone.
Not pleased with him at all. I has seen him for 5 years now. He was very rude to me for me being his patient for 5 years. Terrible bedside manner.
Been patient for years. Dr Singh moved office from Columbia MD and since then its a nightmare just trying to call office. They need additional staff and cleaning service to resolve existing conditions.
Doesn't have an office phone apparently....when calling it says mailbox full. No fax # listed either
Dr. Singh is fine. His office staff lies to you & will not give the doctor any paper work you need filled out.
My previous neurologist retired and Dr. Singh took over the position. My first visit lasted under 5 minutes. Since my last visit in October he has placed me on 3 different meds. His office staff is unprofessional. They are rude, lie and disrespectful of the patients and the doctor himself. Also, he does not arrive until 9:45, so if you make a 9:30 appt. do not plan on getting in right away.
