lacking liveliness, vitality, spirit, or enthusiasm nothing going for it that will do any good for you except problems.
It scares me that this psychiatrist is still in practice for future patients with severe conditions. Dr INNA BARG was never on time even though She was walking around the area seemingly doing nothing of importance and my sessions made me feel like She was just trying to pass the time more then actually help me. The only questions She ever asked me were based on my family dynamic which he based his entire assessment upon.
