Got my very first tattoo with Zap today. He was an awesome guy to work with and super interesting. Recommended to anybody, this is an awesome studio.
Walked in with a friend for a tattoo. Stood at counter while receptionist ignored our presence as she walked past not once, twice, but three times. On the third time she went behind the counter, unplugged her phone and never even acknowledged us. At that point I refused to even spend a dollar with such poor customer service. A simple hey I’ll be right with you would’ve been great. It’s a shame for the artists who lost two potential clients. Will not be back, and will spread the word as a local.
