Lost a long time patient. Doctors need to advocate for their patients. Great Dr. and nice guy, but doesn't stick up for his patients.
Dr.Kondo was my Cardiologist for over 20 yrs. He is a very professional man. He had always explained everything in detail to me every time I needed a procedure and has always been a very caring Dr explaining important details. Considered him not only my Cardiologist but a friend who was always in my corner with my weight loss. Proud to say I have lost over 140 lbs now and he had a big part in my journey. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a caring Dr and a excellent Cardiologist. Mary Benson
I cannot recommend Dr. Luke V. Rigolosi under any circumstances. Despite my clear history of herniated discs and spinal stenosis, he repeatedly dismissed my concerns and told me that an MRI would be “a waste of time”, ignoring standard medical recommendations to monitor spinal progression every few years. He referred me to a chiropractor, which is contraindicated for herniated discs and spinal stenosis and could worsen my condition, rather than providing evidence-based guidance such as a referral to a spine specialist, pain... read more

My husband had a HORRIBLE experience at this place. I do NOT recommend becoming a patient there. It is HIGHLY dysfunctional, unprofessional, and uncaring towards patients. Here is a list of some examples of what happened: 1) They were at least 10 days late on more than one test result and never responded when my husband asked where they were. 2) The receptionist, Jessica, mistreated my husband and refused to give him information about what was going on with his test results and what the next steps were. As dysfunctional as I have ever experienced. Poor patient service, huge wait times, unresponsive to calls, snarky support staff.
My father has been there for over 3 months and during that time he has contracted pneumonia 3x which is ridiculous. He came to be weaned off the ventilator which they did an amazing job but now everything is going to hell in a proverbial hand basket. This last round of pneumonia almost cost him his life. The care up to that point had been very good. Now, in the "home stretch" they are not meeting even basic needs. He is left in bed and no one comes in for hours at a time. The place is great. My TBI (traumatic brain injury) and broken femur, arm, sternum etc was well taken care of by the staff and doctors. The food is well...hospital food. Some you can stomach if hungry enough and some you can pass on. 4 Stars for their good service
