This program is filled with support for every step. You receive supplements and a detailed workbook to follow along each day. Filled with healthy easy to make recipes to help you make the right daily choices. Coach Tami holds 4 weekly zoom calls on informational packed topics. You get to interact with others going through the plan. I have completed the program and feel confident that I will lead a healthier life by applying the right choices daily.
I signed up and paid for a year - needless to say I had other issues come up and asked for a partial refund - got nothing - will not even discuss - unfortunately I guess it is what it is - be leery about this group! Contact me if you have any questions!
I can't say enough good about this program. I'm 72 years old. I joined this program May 12 with the mind set of I'm going to do this or else. The training and assistance from Dr. Infantino, Coach Tami and Debbie is amazing. They help with any questions you have and are easily accessible at all times.
