Dr. Menon is careful, thorough and kind. I highly recommend her for eye care.
She’s very rude and disrespectful to her patients. she didn’t even give the full diagnosis properly. trying to have over take medication when i didn’t have to.
I have used Dr. Menon for years and have found her care to be terrific.
I went to Dr. Menon for routine cataract surgery in November of 2020. Just today, January 15th, 2021, I finally have some relief ( and improved vision) from the surgery she performed after having to go to a specialist to repair the damage she caused. Even before the surgery, her staff was not professional and they handled my eye roughly, which I told her about. I will have to have one more additional surgery in the future to repair my distended eyelid. I would definitely NOT recommend Dr. Menon nor her practice.
