Love ny doctor, and the people there are very friendly
I recently spoke with a front desk representative, whom I believe was named Danisha, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I don’t typically write reviews, but her tone came across as rude and dismissive, which made the interaction uncomfortable. When I politely requested to speak with a supervisor, my request was not honored, and the conversation continued in the same manner. Dr Yun is Very professional and Genuinewith his care.
Dr. Yun is a great family doctor. My husband and I have been seeing him for years. Today had a physical and bloodwork and was in/out in less than 45 mins. Great doc, patient, listens and great bedside manner. Great med assistants and office staff as well.
Id give him negative stars but I have to review it. This is extremely important for anyone who is in my position- he will not prescribe narcotics, no matter what. Which is fine- he has an opinion, so do many other doctors- but in my opinion- I have complex ptsd and I can't even leave the house if I don't have my medication. I was just trying to switch doctors because mine retired, not only did he not give me my medication or a plan to get off of it- he called my general practitioner and told him not to prescribe it to me eit... read more
