Horrible customer service. The receptionist was rude and condescending. )Ashley) . The nurse Leslie joined in on the discourtesy and rudeness. I had an appointment for 1pm . They allowed 3 patients ahead of me and made me wait. Patients come here for care not abuse.

I had an appt for a new patient. I also have excellent insurance that doesn't need referrals or authorizations and never ever had an issue. The day before my appt here thier actual office called me and the person wasn't very nice. I needed this appt due to my sleep issues it was not a procedure nothing else this was just a 1st office visit. I was trying to understand why they needed this since was not required.
