Horrible experience. No empathy at all.
I had the best experience with this Dr and his office staff are great too. It was quick and easy to schedule, he was prompt, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He had the perfect solution to cure a problem that I had for years. Thank you for your help!
I cannot agree with other reviews . Culture plays a big roll in the way people communicate. He’s a Very knowledgeable Dr. I have had both virtual and in person visits. Never a long wait. He gets straight to the point . If you are looking for a Dr to hold ur hand …he isn’t it. Very straight forward,tell it like it is Dr…. people don’t like honesty. Oh well! Sometimes sensitive insecure people take real as rude! … oh well! I am grateful for Dr C. No complaints at all.
HI office lied to us and said he does Mold remediation. They insisted he only does virtual appointments, it made me skeptical but I still took the appointment. It was a mistake,. He over ran we speaking and it was hard to get all through his thick accent. He then told me I needed mold testing when he was told 2 times I had the results in my hand and it was given to his office over a week ago. The tests shows there is no mold.
