An arrogant, unfriendly doctor of questionable ability. I walked out!
Very bad. Insurance grab
I have bladder cancer and his care team is suspose to schedule me for surgery bit I can't get anyone to even call me back I have tried for 5 days. Do not recommend. My cancer is very aggressive and ever day that goes by is jeopardizing my life. As soon as I can I will transfer to mayo. Dr. VOLFSON is a good doctor but his team is the worst
Was referred to this doctor. He was late to the appointment and seemed perturbed about having to deal with patients but saw me anyway. He said I need surgery and would have his surgery scheduler (Brittany) call me. It has been over a week and Brittany has never called. I called and left several voicemails and emailed the office. All of my attempts to contact them to get my surgery scheduled have gone unanswered and they have never responded. How this can be allowed in healthcare is beyond my comprehension. They don't care ab... read more
They have cancelled a necessary follow up ultrasound after a kidney procedger surgury 3 times the day before the appt. Follow up appointments and get a call back seems an impossibility
