Dr. Rabinowitz is great if all you are looking for is a prescription pill dispenser without regard for side effects or actual clinical efficacy. Her staff of counselors were inexperienced and immature. Her manner was condescending and her advice was unhelpful and contradicted by other clinicians that actually helped my family member far more than she did. In fact it took years to undue the side effects of the ineffective medications she insisted my family member take.
I have been seeing Dr. Rabinowitz since I was a teenager, over a decade ago. I can say without a doubt that without her support and expertise I would have never made it through highschool (much less college and my master's program). She has helped me manage multiple difficult disorders and always helped me with documentation when I need school or workplace accommodations. I highly recommend her to any family looking for a specialist.
