Friendly staff. You'll spend 2 hours in the waiting room, only to see Dr Ike for 3 minutes while he simply records himself reading the 15 pages of questions that you have to fill out every single time you see him. He changes your diagnosis each time (he recorded that "patient definitely has sleep apnea". I do not.) Calling in prescription refills never works right...they called in the wrong dosage, and to the wrong pharmacy 3 times. Worst doctor I've ever seen.

After multiple calls over a 2 month period to schedule an appointment, no one ever got back to me. I had left 3 messages with the receptionist who told me that she would have to pass my message along to the person that schedules patients because she couldn't do that. When I finally received a call back from the one that does the scheduling, she told me she would have to check with her manager before scheduling. I never heard back and left yet another message and still no returned call.

Wanted to make an appointment with this doctor but there were so many phone calls and so much red tape involved I gave up.
