Dr IJ Chen is just the owner of the building. Office hours on weekends is every other Saturdays too. My appointment was for 8AM but the receptionist had it for 9AM. First time coming in: 2-hour for the whole experience. The female dentist named Dr. Liu only comes in to give consultation then leaves (only lasted 7 minutes btw). Dr. Liu gave me these orange plastic glasses from a company called Zoom! so as to not "splash" me but she used no water whatsoever to check out my teeth.
