Extremely pleasant and knowledgable. Great bedside manner and very professional. I had two procedures, both went perfectly.
This man is completely unprofessional. He did a biopsy on my father and never called him back with results. My father and I called multiple times over the course of 8 days with no reply, leaving multiple messages. Dr. Ona nor his secretary called us back. We finally escalated the situation to the hospital that he is associated with and he called us back in less than 5 mins.
