My procedure was 1 1/2 hours after the scheduled time. You needed a ride home after, which meant my wife sitting in the car for 2 1/2 hours waiting. At my follow up appoint he was almost an hour late. Unless you don't mind being seen at his convenience, find another doctor.
I was in the hospital with an abscess in my small intestine in May, Dr Herraka was highly recommended, so I requested him. I am terribly disappointed, after waiting days to see him in the hospital, following up after my discharge was even worse. The office staff mixed up my appointments, never return phone calls. I highly recommend Dr. Herraka. He really listens and he cares about his patients. I had problems with heartburn and GERD for many years and he did only the tests needed and planned out my care. I have not had any heartburn or Reflux since he started treatment! I am one happy girl!
I am sorry I even have to give this guy 1 star. He is the rudest person I've ever meet. Went in for an enlarged liver. Came out crying, he basically said I was fat. I am only 40 pounds over weight . In the past year I have been diagnosed with cancer. I have been threw hell. Then find out I have an enlarged liver. Went to this guy for help and got completely disrespected. As soon as I left I went on a diet and now weight 15 pounds less. You are a very rude, hateful and disrespectful doctor. I would not recommend you to anyway... read more
