As a patient in the practice for many years, I am grateful to jean Brown, NP and the caring staff at Ellis who have provided the utmost care and service to me and my family as patients. Jean has always gone above and beyond and provided excellent medical care in a compassionate manner. Thank you to all!
I am grateful that Dr. Timofeev did some eeg tests and put me on an anticonvulsant. I am also frustrated that he explains very little to me about my condition. He spends about five minutes with me when we meet, and he has cancelled a couple of my appointments, so that I end up waiting months to see him again. If you are not having grand mal seizures or an obvious head injury/stroke, you are not an appointment priority. I might switch, but that's also a hassle. Consider looking around before Dr.T
I have a horrible experience with Jean Brown as far as lies and not giving me information on me also my health. She tells one story to me then a different story to someone else and I have witness this numerous times. Jean Brown is the main cause of loosing my job and putting different information like I said to other business officials. She said it was my fault but obvisiously its the office too and the receptionist doesn't know much either.
He's good.
He is kind,considerate and explains the procedure well. No surprises and great follow-up He is always there for you and makes an illness easier to contend with
