Dr.Kraev is a good family doctor. He listens and spend time with the patient. Never rushed and always follow up with the results of any testing.
Every single time I have an appointment there seems to be an excuse as to why they are behind. Literally every single appointment takes an hour just to see the Dr. Kraev. Get some more help or move your work load because obviously your way under staffed or something is wrong.
Dr. Kraev was rude and condescending. He made me feel very uncomfortable.
Dr. Kraev actually spends time with the patient, listens to what they have to say, and does not make them feel rushed. He also has good follow up and makes sure that results of any testing are understood.
