I liked Dr. J a lot! He did a great job with my knee replacement in 2011, and I felt that my care was great. I had a shot in my hip a year ago, and it didn't even hurt, but worked well!
I am writing to express my sheer disappointment and disgust at the level of service provided by your clinic upcoming to my visits. It was absolutely atrocious. Your back office staff 'Marie', exhibited a total lack of professionalism and concern for patients more then a handful of times. I expected a far superior standard of care and attention from a healthcare provider. Your clinic has unfortunately fallen way short of even the most basic expectations.
