This is not Dr. Ignatius Godoy’s actual profile picture. Both Dr. Godoy and Dr. Morales are excellent doctors, and I continue bringing my children to Dr. Morales because they feel comfortable with him and even enjoy their visits. The doctors are good and they are patient and understanding and are willing to answer any questions, but the receptionists need to get fired because they are very rude and unprofessional. They never answer your calls, and on the rare occasion that they do, they answer very rudely and they leave you on hold for so long that you decide to hang up because they walked away and never came back to take your call.

My daughter has had a skin condition for 5 weeks. She was given benadryl 4 times a day. Every visit I went back I explain that the rash and itchiness has not stooped or even improved. Dr. Godoy and his staff refused to have my daughter refereed to a specialist they said there is no reason to. Why is a 19 month toddler given an allergy medicine for 5 consecutive weeks if there is no allergy documentation? Why won't she be refereed to an allergist?
