Dr. Nguyen is the worst doctor I have ever encountered. For starters, she had a student in the room with us and every time I asked her a question, she told the student to tell me. She claimed she was training him! If anything, the student should have only watched and observed, instead, Dr. Nguyen had the student to relay information to me…as if I wasn’t in the room. I was referred to Dr. Quintero by my dermatologist for assistance with my serious auto-immune issues. My dermatologist advised me Dr. Quintero was specialized and would be the most qualified to assist me. However, when I called for an appointment, I was shockingly and so very sadly advised by his staff that I was too old and did not meet Dr. Quintero's age range for his patients. Dr. Sofola is very knowledgeable, professional and is an artist surgically. I was very pleased with my surgical results. He has a great bedside manner. I would highly recommend.
Dr. Sofola is kind, efficient, and provides excellent results. I have a condition that causes the cartilage in my nose to sag and create obstructions. It also causes issues with my eustacian tubes. I underwent sinoplasty, turbinate reduction and eustacian tube dilation. Right after surgery I immediately noticed a difference with the ears. Right after the splints came out my breathing was 200% better. I've had this surgery before and my experience and results were so much better with Dr. Sofola.
I am a new patient of Dr. Sofola's. I came to him with a lump on my neck which turned out to be cancerous. He and his team helped expedite the biopsy and other testing. He then referred me to a surgeon. He has called several times just to check on my condition and I am in the process of recovery. I can't thank Dr. Sofola more for his personal care and attention.

We were cutting it close for our Friday shots, but I called ahead to let them know I was en route with my daughter who I'd checked out of school. They told me that as long as I got in by 2:29 PM that they could get me in. We literally ran in, scanned our cards (it was 2:29 by my Apple watch) and the woman at the front desk said we were good to go.
