My review is based on my experience with reception. I called to make a first time appointment as a new patient as I read the wonderful reviews for Dr. Tetro. I made an appointment and then realized a scheduling conflict so I called back to move the date to a few days later. I was told by the receptionist/admin I would have to wait until the doctor opened the schedule for that month, although I had already scheduled a date for that month. Dr Tetro is very knowledgeable and smart. She examined my leg and immediately recognized that I needed an ultrasound exam to determine what might be the source of my problem. So her associate arranged an appointment with the local radiology group for that very afternoon. I went there, promptly had my exam, and heard the results.
