The worst dentist I have every been to. First I schedule an appointment and when i called to confirm the day before the front desk lady tells me she doesn't see my name on the schedule list and tell me they had already place someone else in the slot. So she schedules me for the following day. That day my appointment was at 8:30 for bonding but dr. Ida did not arrive until 9:00. One of the most unprofessional dental offices I have ever visited. I arrived on time to my appointment and waited an hour to be taken to the back. Within that hour apparently they were having a meeting in front where patients could hear their conversation. Employees were walking out from the back on their cell phones in the front having personal conversations. What kind of business allows that? Dr Lanier is wonderful! I, like most people, hate going to the dentist, but she made me feel comfortable and explained all of the procedures clearly. You can't go wrong with her.
