This was, without question, one of the most unprofessional experiences we have ever had at a medical office. The doctor made several highly inappropriate and insensitive remarks, particularly concerning our children. His comments were not only uncalled for but also completely out of line for someone in a position of care and trust. I went to him as a young child and I decided to take my daughter to see him as well, she had seen him for 5 months! And I told him on multiple occasions that my baby was coughing and she had done this since she was born he replied with that normal all newborns do this! I simply said ok and moved on, I had to take her a couple more time bc of the cough and when I did he simply said again coughing is normal.
