I was very impressed with this doctor and clinic. I was seen within 4 days of the referral for my problem, and they did a mammogram and ultrasound and gave me the results the same day. Never had that happen in other places.
I would just like to say that I owe so much to Dr. Grady and his wonderful staff! From the beginning, with all of my tests (mammograms , ultrasounds, biopsy, genetic testing ) I am now able to move forward quickly through my cancer journey! Stella, Ultrasound Tech was able to put me at ease with her wonderful spirit and engaging nature. Monica, who did everything in her power to make sure my paperwork, records and cd’s were in place as well as contacting my Oncology team to get me started. Dr. Grady is truly wonderful — kind, professional, and very caring. He always takes the time to listen and makes me feel comfortable and well cared for at every visit. I genuinely appreciate his patience, knowledge, and dedication to his patients. The staff is also very polite and friendly. I’m very grateful to be under his care and highly recommend him.
Been waiting an hour in the exam room. Nobody even came in to say why they were running so late ( common courtesy) Or when they will be in..so I went up to the front desk and she says, you'll be next, went back in the room. Waited another 10 minutes. I put my clothes on and I left. They made me late for work. And no one ever apologized, they just said to the gal.Okay, get the next patient in there.She's canceling Very rude an non professional But I do like doctor grady.
